Paoay church, Sinking bell tower, Laoag

From Pagudpud, we rode a  bus (“mula sa puso bus”) going to Laoag city then we rode a jeepney to get to Paoay, where we stayed.  Total travel time is about 3 hours. Before we headed again to Laoag city, we first stopped by Paoay church, the famous old church in the city. We were all amazed, the church was very big, old and beautiful.  I think, I can spend a day just sitting in front of this church and admiring its beauty and serenity. We also met a very friendly tour guide who shared a brief overview of the church and informed us of the best spot where to take our pictures.

Then we rode again a jeepney going to Laoag city. When we got there, it really looked like a city, busy streets, busy sidewalk shops, busy people and a lot of cars/jeeps/trikes. We did some walking and able to go around the whole city in just one afternoon. Nothing really special about the place, except for the famous Sinking bell tower, which we just took picture.
