next time try to avoid riding the ceres bus going to manila. my luggage got lost while inside the bus compartment and the driver and conductor denied that i have a luggage at all before i boarded the bus. and then i have to file a complain in batangas city. which is very inconvenient to me, because i live in manila.

gallerian lines almost ruined our vacation with my family, when were about to buy our ticket from gallerian booth, we were told that the boat will leave the pier at 7:30 am. but unfortunately we leave at about 9:30 am, I`ve texted the manager about this matter but he never replied. i`m hoping that gallerian lines will do something about this problem, but definitely im telling this to all my friends not to ride in this gallerian lines if they will go to puerto gallera.
