For our first meal in Baguio, we decided to have lunch in Good Taste restaurant…we walked along session road, turned right along the Baguio market, after 2 overpasses turned right then we saw a sign of Good Taste.
It was like an old Chinese restaurant, not so pleasing look but still maintains some cleanliness. I heard from a friend that they serve really big servings and so we just ordered for their rice toppings…and a soup with siomai to make our stomach warm….
Here’s our first rice topping – Fried rice with Asado, yummy Asado and very generous serving of mixed vegetables…
Second rice topping – Fish Tofu rice, a very GIANT serving, it was like a mountain of fish fillet and tofu! I was really shocked and so wasn’t able to eat well but I enjoyed the flavor, it was great…
I ordered for an Iced tea, I really wanted a shot of this because it was an Iced tea without any ice, but when I asked for some ice, they gave us a small bucket of ice (good for an inuman…hehe). Really funny!
We enjoyed Good Taste’s rice toppings, they were all great! Good Taste is perfect for big families, large groups, where they can share good, affordable Chinese food with very large servings.
