Talk about, remarkable Art and finest Food; you have Opus, the masterpiece of the “IT” Group of Manila’s nightlife and dining industry. Serving modern European cuisine, it’s time to savor your eyes with Opus’ delectable dishes…
To start off our wonderful evening, we had Quail and bacon ravioli mushrooms; exquisite taste and presentation.
One of our main dishes, Roast bacalao fillet, it was a very tasty fish!

Crispy skin pork belly and roast kurobuta pork tenderloin cauliflower foam, braised red cabbage, pommery mustard jus @680php
Another main dish was the Crispy skin pork belly and roast kurobuta pork tenderloin; it was like a grand version of bagnet but more delicious, of course!
As an alternative to rice, we had some Potato Wedges as additional side dish.
For our drinks, we had fresh orange juice and their iced tea.
We also tried one of their signature drinks, Opus Magnum Mojito; it was great and different from the other Mojitos that I have tasted before. They also have other drinks specially made for Opus that are worth trying…
And guess what? You can definitely try them all with their Sundown Specials; it’s from Monday to Saturday, 6PM to 9PM where you can have 2 cocktails for just one price.
Head on now to Opus, and get the finest dining experience in Manila…surely you’ll have the best!
