After having our date with the Classic Chinese style fried chicken early this month, it’s time now to meet the Portuguese-style chicken in Peri-Peri Grill House also located in Promenade, Greenhills. I think this restaurant has been in business for over 2 years now but it was just last weekend we were able to visit Peri-Peri…
As you can see, the sauces were all with Chili and everything here seemed hot & spicy! But not to worry, Peri-Peri Grill House offers various cuisines for different taste buds. They serve tacos, fish & chips, soups, salads, pastas, burgers, beef and shrimp skewers, ribs, to name a few and of course their signature Peri-Peri Chicken…
Also, they have several options for different combos, platters, set meals for solo and family size. You would really be surprised when you get to browse their overloaded menu!!!
It was a must to taste Peri-Peri’s chicken, so I ordered for their Combo 1 which includes ¼ Chicken (you can choose from mild spicy, super spicy flavor or the simplest one – lemon & herb); of course I had the latter…
This combo meal also includes your choice of any 2 side dishes, ordered for Fries and Java Rice…and by the way they also had a lot of choices for the side dishes like coleslaw, corn & carrots, creamed spinach, vegetable medley, etc.
Wanting some ribs that night, we also ordered for their Chicken & Ribs meal which includes corn & carrots (fixed side dish) and rice. In this meal, Peri-Peri Chicken was in super spicy flavor!!! I tasted it and yes, oh yes… it was definitely the spiciest chicken I have eaten!!!
But the lemon & herb Peri-Peri Chicken was really great! It has a distinct flavor, smelled good, very tender and had a taste that you won’t get tired of eating… this chicken is a new favorite of mine…
We had a very satisfying dinner at Peri-Peri Chicken Grill House and really regret not trying it before… Oh well, there are more dishes to come back in this yummy Peri-Peri Chicken House… We’ll definitely be back soon!
